 Terms and Conditions for VIP Membership

Signing and using your Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Corp. membership card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

1. The membership card must be signed at the time of purchase
   1. Personal membership is non-transferable
   2. Family membership is transferable between members of your family or to pre-designated others.
   3. Corporate memberships are transferable to partners, employees and clients of your corporation.

1. Membership cards do not have cash value and therefore cannot be used for gratuities or redeemed for cash.
2. Your membership card can only be used between Monday and Thursday according to the hours of operation of Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Corp.
3. Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Corp. will be closed for all statutory AND Muslim holidays. Hours of operation are subject to change.
4. Membership privileges will only be extended on a valid membership card.
5. Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or programs.
6. Service or treatment bookings are subject to advanced reservations and availability.
7. The Membership card is the sole responsibility of the member, and is valid until the expiry date, one year from date of purchase. The expiry date is final and will not be extended.
8. Any loss or theft of your membership card should be immediately reported to Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Corp. An administrative fee of $25.00 plus GST will be charged to issue a replacement card.
9. Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal gift cards and membership cards are the property of Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Corp.
10. Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Service Directory and prices are subject to change without notice.
11. All card members are expected to honor our cancellation policy. You MUST give 2 days notice if you intend to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in debiting your membership with the missed service.
12. Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal reserves the right to change, modify or amend the membership policies and terms of agreement at any time under the discretion of its management.
13. Any portion of the membership benefits, rewards, bonuses, services or treatments that are unused, at the time of the expiry date, is the sole responsibility of the member. Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal is not liable to provide any services or treatments to a member after the expiration of the membership card.
14. Taxes and gratuities are not included in the membership price.
15. Spa Riad Assiha Wal Jamal Memberships are not refundable, and cannot be changed or modified.
